About Civil Services Examination
सिविल सेवा परीक्षा (Civil Services Examination) (CSE) भारत में भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा, भारतीय विदेश सेवा और भारतीय पुलिस सेवा सहित भारत सरकार की उच्च सिविल सेवाओं में भर्ती के लिए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित एक राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा है।
इस परीक्षा की तैयारी भारत के लाखों विद्यार्थी (Students) करते है ।
सरल शब्दों में इस परीक्षा को यूपीएससी परीक्षा (UPSC Examination) के रूप में जाना जाता है, और यह परीक्षा तीन चरणों में आयोजित की जाती है:
चरण 1. एक प्रारंभिक परीक्षा जिसमें दो वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के पेपर होते हैं (सामान्य अध्ययन पेपर I और सामान्य अध्ययन पेपर II जिसे सिविल सर्विस एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट या CSAT के रूप में भी जाना जाता है), और
चरण 2. मुख्य परीक्षा जिसमें नौ पेपर होते हैं, जिसमें दो पेपर क्वालीफाई होते हैं और केवल सात के अंकों की गणना होती है।
चरण 3. व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण (साक्षात्कार) : – मुख्य परीक्षा पास होने के बाद की जाती है।
